★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客最悪でした。新人だと思うが失礼すぎです。店内には３人スタッフがいたが、２人はスタッフ同士でしゃべっているだけ。新人と思われる人も何もしていない。試着したいのに無視される。自分から試着しに行き、一度考えようと店内で悩んでいたら試着したものを勝手にどこかへもっていかれる。（試着中、試着後も何も声かけされず、一言もことわりなく片付けられた。）片付ける前に何か客に聞いてからの方がいいのではと新人スタッフに言うが悪びれる様子はなし。買うのを諦めて店を出ました。全く違うブランドの店舗でいい商品を見つけて、素晴らしい接客を受け、目当てのものを買えたので、ジャーナルスタンダードで買わなくて本当に良かったと心から思いました。
It was the worst customer service. I think I'm a newcomer, but I'm too rude. There were 3 staff members in the store, but 2 people just talked to each other. People who seem to be new do nothing. I want to try on it, but it is ignored. If you go to try it on yourself and are worried about it once in the store, you can go back to something you tried on. (During the try-on, I wasn't asked to say anything after the try-on, and I was put away without any words.) I told the new staff that it would be better to ask the customer before putting it away, but there was no appearance of being hurt. .. I gave up buying and left the store. I found a good product in a completely different brand store, received great customer service, and was able to buy what I was looking for, so I really felt that it was really good not to buy at Journal Standard.
