★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 綾部市で気になっていたお店です。タイミングが合い訪問しました。口コミに有るように醤油ラーメンを美味しいくいただきました。またお邪魔したいお店です。
 It is a store that I was interested in in Ayabe City. I visited when the timing was right. The soy sauce ramen was delicious as shown in the review. It's a shop I want to visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日久しぶりにお邪魔しましたが満員で主人とカウンターへ。毎回思っていたことは『どうしてこんなに美味しいのにお客様が少ないんだろう』と。しかし昨夜は大にぎわいで二人のおっちゃんがフル回転。私達は『ドみそトンコツ』に大満足で帰りました。

どちらも期待以上に美味しかったです
元気なおかあさんの接客も気持ちよかったです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチメニューで定番の醤油ラーメンにミニチャーシュー丼をセットで頂きました。醤油ラーメンは魚介を感じ、透き通っていてさっぱりとしています。昔ながらのという感じではなくむしろ新味でした。チャーシューもとろける感じが絶妙で美味しかったです。
In the lunch menu, we had a standard soy sauce ramen and mini char siu bowl as a set. The soy sauce ramen feels like seafood and is transparent and refreshing. It was not a traditional feeling, but rather a new one. The roasted roasted pork was exquisite and delicious.

紅葉散策の帰りにたまたま見つけて寄りました。
ラーメンは醤油、とんこつ、味噌やしお、期間限定スープも有ります。
看板商品と書かれてたので醤油ラーメンを頂きました。
薄い色のスープであっさりとして食べやすいです。濃い口が好きな方は物足りないかも。
麺は細麺で量も多くて小麦の味がしっかりしてて美味しいですね❢
麺は大盛り（1.5倍）かダブル（2玉）が選べます。替え玉は無くなったようです。
チャーシューは普通でした。
餃子も頼みましたが、もちもちしてて美味しいです。
お値段は醤油ラーメンで700円ですが、バランス的にお得感が有ります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日のランチタイムはセットメニューがお得となっています。私は醤油ラーメン??(魚介のスープ)に焼肉のセットメニュー(ライス小が付く)を注文しました。ラーメンは魚介が味わえるあっさりしたスープのラーメンでした。また、セットの焼肉も私的には美味しかったです。次回以降には味噌ラーメン、塩ラーメン、豚骨ラーメンを頂こうと思っています。また、チャーシュー丼、唐揚げ等もあり食べてみたいです。
今回は魚介 シジミ 塩ラーメン(限定)と餃子?を食べてきました。塩ラーメン?も醤油ラーメン同様にあっさり系ラーメンでした。私的には塩、醤油ラーメンどちらも好みの味ですが、濃いめの味が好みの方はどど、どど豚骨ラーメンを試してみて下さい。
