Y	Yutaka Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は豊岡へ出張して、明日の打ち合わせのため福知山で宿泊です。夕食はホテル近くの「ラーメン藤」さん。三田にもありましたね〜！おそらくチェーン店でしょうか⁈ 味玉子入りラーメンと餃子のセットを注文しましたが、餃子は失敗でした。焼き方なのか、パリッとした食感が全くありません。食べた時の肉汁も感じられない、これでプラス300円円は〜？ラーメンは見るからに麺が大盛りのように感じます。麺は中太ストレートですが茹で過ぎ〜。麺の硬さが選べるなら、ぜひ固麺で頼むべきでした。スープはとんこつと野菜のスープで、三田のお店と同じかな。三田の方が旨味がある濃いスープだったような？トッピングはチャーシュー２枚とゆで玉子、もやし、刻みネギ。ボリュームは有りましたが、何か物足らなさが〜。同僚と話に夢中になり、ラーメンだけで２時間以上も居させてもらえる接客はよかったかな? T	Tatsuhito Masuyama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は清潔にされてあり、店員さんも丁寧だった。ただ、本当にラーメンが口に合わないとかそういうレベルの話ではなかった。ラーメン藤のラーメンはこんなのじゃなかったはず。炒飯はとても美味しかったし唐揚げも美味しくご飯もボリュームがあり。ただ肝心の醤油ラーメンが今まで食べた中で一番ダメだった。何しろ麺が臭い。実に臭すぎた。麺を啜るとき口の中で空気と混ざり合うラーメンの楽しみがあると思うんだけど、口の中がアンモニアだけではないツンとした臭いにノックアウトしそうだった。本当に客に出せる麺だったんだろうかと疑問に思うくらい薬品の味がした。メインはかんすいの臭いだと思うけど、茹でるスタッフのやり方が完全にアウトだったんだと思う。麺自体が下の方でまだかなり固まっていた。他のレビューでは美味しいとの声もあり、複雑。たまたまだったのか、しかも麺のボリュームが多くて、残そうか真剣に考えた。朝からロクな食事をしてなくて、先に出た炒飯が美味しかったのにラーメンで打ちのめされてしまった。ラーメンだけなら星1つも出せない。昔父に連れられて食べたラーメン藤の味には程遠かった。こんな不味いラーメン生まれて初めてだ。 The inside of the store was clean and the clerk was polite.
