Googleに営業時間や定休日の記載が無く、電話番号も無い為問い合わせも出来ない。
素通りして別なお寿司屋さんを訪問しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大洗のスーパーエコスの近くにある寿司店で、大阪というのはご主人の名前なのか、他に由来があるのかはわかりませんが、正統派なにぎり寿司のお店です。
お店は古い感じで、入り口も磨りガラスのため店内の様子が見えないためやや不安感はありますが、接客は明るくて丁寧なので心配しないで入っても大丈夫です。
大洗だけあってネタはどれもおいしい。厚切り目で、シャリの味つけはひかえめ。素材の味がしっかり味わえます。
メニューは巻物なら700円代から、上は4000円代くらいまで。鉄火巻き、鉄火丼などまぐろメニューが目立つのでまぐろにこだわりがあるお店なのかも…… 次はそのへん攻めてみたいと思います。
It's a sushi restaurant near Super Ecos in Oarai, and I don't know if Osaka is the name of the owner or something else, but it's an orthodox Nigiri sushi restaurant.
店 The shop is old and the entrance is frosted glass so you can't see the inside of the shop.
Everything is delicious because there is only Oarai. It is thick cut and the taste of shari is hidden. You can enjoy the taste of the material.
The menu starts from 700 yen for scrolls and up to about 4000 yen. The tuna menu such as teppaki rolls and teppanyaki bowls stand out, so it may be a restaurant that is particular about tuna ... I would like to try that next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は上ちらし寿司、カミさんは上にぎりを注文。ちらし寿司はバランスよくどのネタも美味しかったですが、インパクトを受けたのはマグロとエビそして敷いてあった海苔。
追加で鉄火巻を頼みましたがこれも美味しかった。
