Busy place. You need a reservation, then you can stay for 2 hours.

Spanish flavors are as strong as japanese cuisine. Expectation was to have a spanish dish with even stronger flavors since it is Tokyo. This was not the case. Flavors were on the bland spectrum.

Serve delicious foods and wine. The staff speak fluent English and very kind. I especially recommend seafood paella.

Interesting and nice range of tapas. Food were fast to come out, the beef and foie gras skewers were quite tasty, though the duck and onion ones weren't as memorable. Their garlic prawns and garlic mushrooms could do with more punch. Overall, a nice little place to hang out with friends as it has a nice bar atmosphere to it.

4.5 stars I was surprised the place was not more crowded (it is, after all, in Ginza) but it seems to be further out from the more crowded areas of Ginza. Due to corona, the crowds have thinned out but I still recommend making a reservation in order not to be disappointed. You have to order a drink and there is a 350yen seat surcharge per person (it includes some bread to go with your meal) so please take notice of this policy. The staff are really well-trained and the menu has a large selection of foods. I wish the menu had more pictures of foods as it was difficult to envision what some of the dishes looked like. Any dish labeled on the menu with *Ore no* is usually a recommended dish and is a great value. The paella was one of the best I have ever had in Japan. Much tastier than a paella I had a restaurant with a *real* authentic Spanish chef. The most expensive one is so luxurious, coming with juicy and soft sparerib meat, lobster, and tons of clams/mussels. For less than 3000yen, this paella was truly worth it. The rice was perfectly al dente, not too hard/soft like *bad* paella. Paella is very hit or miss at restaurants in Japan but this place has it nailed. The ajillo was delicious as well - very flavorful. I do not recommend some dishes if you are on a low-sodium diet. Most of the foods/dishes come very well-seasoned here. The portions are generous. It is not meant to be a place to sit around for a slow meal. Diners are expected to be in and out within 2 hours. (they do not mention it but it is pretty much assumed and the chairs are a bit high, for that reason...to prevent customers to becoming comfortably glued to their seats!)
