★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味噌チャーシューメンが最高です。辛さは小で私は十分です。スープも焼豚も味がしっかりしていて食べ応えがあります。呑んだ後の〆だとノーマル醤油ラーメンでちょうどいいかな。
Miso char siu noodles are the best. The spiciness is small and I am enough. Both the soup and the roast pork have a strong taste and are satisfying to eat. After swallowing, normal soy sauce ramen is just right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここはとにかく味噌ラーメンですね。いつもは七日町で散々呑んで最後の最後にここに寄って熱々のラーメンとビールで締めるのが定番スタイル。冷たいアルコールをガブガブ呑みまくって冷えた腹にはとてもありがたいお店。特に冬場は開いてるとまるでオアシスを見つけたかのようにお客さんが訪れます。着丼の嬉しさは酔いも手伝ってか、とにかく笑顔になります。思い出したらまた食べたくなります。
This is miso ramen anyway. The standard style is to drink a lot in Nanakamachi and stop by here at the end to finish with hot ramen and beer. I'm very grateful for the cold belly that I swallowed cold alcohol. Especially in winter, when it is open, customers come as if they found an oasis. The joy of wearing a bowl may help with sickness, and it makes me smile anyway. If you remember, you will want to eat again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味噌辛ラーメンの老舗。独特の何となく甘辛い味は好みを選ぶかもしれないが、個人的には大好きな味ですね。他県に居住を構えようが、たま～に無性に食べたくなる中毒性の高いラーメンで山形名物だと思う。ここでしか味わえない。個人的な主観では、大辛以上だと、辛党でも覚悟がいる辛さだと思います。辛さを味わってスープも飲み干したいのなら、中辛がオススメです。麺は細～中って感じでフニャフニャしていて柔らかいので早く食べないと麺が伸びる伸びる。チャーシューは固めで、大量に入っていると飽きるのでノーマルの二枚入りで良いかなぁ。
私は、いつも普通に味わって食べれる中辛オンリーです。

In my personal subjectivity, if it's more than a big spicy, I think it's a spicy party that even a spicy party is prepared for. If you want to taste the spiciness and drink the soup, medium spicy is recommended. The noodles are thin to medium-sized and fluffy and tender, so if you don't eat them quickly, the noodles will grow and grow. The char siu is firm, and I get tired of it if it's in a large amount, so I wonder if it's okay to have two normal pieces.
I'm a medium spicy only person who can always taste and eat normally.
