忠	忠 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前から「そば」自体が変わった。そばの打ち方は変わらないと思うが、切り方が手ではなく、機械で切ったような断面・太さになり食べ応えが少し変わったように思え、美味しさが無いのが残念‼️ "Soba" itself has changed from a few years ago. I don't think the way to hit soba will change, but it's a shame that the cutting method isn't hand-cut, and the cross-section and thickness are similar to those cut by a machine, and the eating response seems to have changed a little, so it's not delicious! ️

K	Kazuo Suzuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店の雰囲気はごちゃごちゃしてる感強めで昭和和風レトロがいい感じです。もり蕎麦は600円です。蕎麦の麺は、オリジナルの機械式の真空石臼挽き製麺機で作ってるようです。麺は固めで、少し太めで風味よし。蕎麦つゆは、特徴無く平凡。薬味は、わさびが粉ワサビだとしか思えない。蕎麦つゆを入れ、蕎麦を汁につける器が持ちにくい。文句ばかり書きましたが、例幣使街道沿いにあり、駐車場も広く、うどんもあり、メニューが豊富なので、また鹿沼に行った時は訪問したいです。 The atmosphere of the store is messy and the Showa Japanese style retro is nice. 早	早川一彦 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京方面から日光方面にドライブするときは例幣使街道をお勧め｡東北道栃木ICを降り鹿沼~今市､そして日光｡その鹿沼市街を抜け杉並木に入る向かって左側にある､うどんと蕎麦のお店｡おすすめは力うどん!! お餅はただ焼いただけのお店が多い中､ここは揚げ餅!! 味は少し濃いめですが新たな食感｡お店も古民家風で趣があり､お勧めします｡東北道~宇都宮道路経由と比較すると少し時間がかかりますが､その分交通費は安く､食後は昼間でも鬱蒼たる杉並木街道を楽しみながら日光へ｡旅の気分満喫!! When driving from Tokyo to Nikko, we recommend the Reiheishi Kaido. Get off the Tohoku Expressway Tochigi IC, Kanuma-Imaichi, and Nikko. Shop. Recommended is Riki Udon !!
