本来、大宮神社とは地域の氏神様を讃え大きな御宮を指していることから、各地の大宮神社に統一の御祭神はいない。
こちらの、大宮神社の御祭神は大山祇神
(大山積神・大山津神等)で、浅間神社の
御祭神、木花咲耶姫神の父になります。
大山祇神社の総社は、瀬戸内の大三島にあり、海の神様として祀られていることから、稲毛では海上安全の神様とされていると思われます。
