Inage Park - Chiba

The sandbox is covered with a fine net, so you don't have to worry about cat manure. There is a toilet, a restroom (with a drinking fountain), and a bench. There is no parking lot in the park itself. Behind the park is a pine forest of rising pine trees, which is very quiet and you can hear the chirping of small birds. There is a promenade in the pine forest, and there are ups and downs, so you can exercise while taking a walk. It is also popular as a walking course for dogs. There is also a road leading to Asama Shrine. The lawn plaza in the pine forest is large, and you can see children playing balls and families practicing biking. The trees and weeds are well maintained. Cars sometimes pass through the dirt roads in the pine forest. At the Inage Sengen-dori Festival, many night lights (things like bonbori) are lit from Keisei Inage Station to Asama Shrine, Inage Park, and Matsubayashi, which is fantastic. There are many food stalls and fairs, the stage is set up, events are held, and many people visit and crowd. (The "Inage Sengen Street Festival", which is held on the same day as the Inage Sengen Shrine Festival in July every year, will be refrained from being held in 2020 to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection.) Rental bicycles are installed in the public hall next door.
