★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メニューはミトスパだけという潔いお店。
太めのもちっとした麺に濃いめのミートソースが合います。
その日の気分でトッピングを変えられるのがいいですね。
お店の雰囲気はとってもオシャレです。が、お店が極狭なので（特にトイレは太めの方は厳しい広さ）そこだけ心しておけば！
 The menu is a clean shop with only Mito Spa.
Thick, chewy noodles go well with thick meat sauce.
It would be nice to be able to change the toppings according to the mood of the day.
The atmosphere of the shop is very fashionable. However, since the shop is extremely small (especially if the toilet is thick, the size is strict), just keep that in mind!

Order with a parfait set. I'm glad I added a large serving of cheese. I want to try various toppings. It was delicious pasta. It was a shop where you can feel the commitment to tableware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水戸芸術館の目と鼻の先、ここで腹ごしらえしてから向かいました。
納豆にチーズがトッピングされたミートソーススパゲッティを食べました。腹持ちのいいランチになりました。BGMも好みでした。
I headed to the Mito Art Museum, where the eyes and nose tip were filled, and then headed.
I ate a meat sauce spaghetti with natto topped with cheese. It was a nice lunch. I also liked BGM.

ミートソースの味は優しい味。全体的には普通かなと思います。カスタマイズしたらもっと違うのかもしれません。
お冷やの氷がペンギンだったり白くまだったりと可愛いです。
セットのサラダのドレッシング、美味しいです。
いわゆる、映えるパスタやさんって感じです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通常のミトスパと冷やしミトスパをいただきました。いわゆる一般的なミートソースとは違う甘めのソースが特徴的です。冷やしミトスパは、ほぼ坦々麺でした。
トマトベースのお肉がごろごろしたのミートソーススパゲッティを食べようとして行くと「なんか違う……」となりますが、カフェとしていくなら食べ物も飲み物も空間も、おしゃれでかわいいです。
I had a regular Mito Spa and a chilled Mito Spa. It features a sweet sauce that is different from the so-called general meat sauce. The chilled Mito Spa was almost dandan noodles.
If you try to eat meat sauce spaghetti with tomato-based meat, you will get "something different ...", but if you go to a cafe, the food, drinks, and space are fashionable and cute.

11時半頃訪問、先客は2名。
店主1人で12時過ぎまでワンオペしてたのもあり、40分以上待ちました。途中でテイクアウトも数組あり。
お味は美味しいです、デミグラスソース味で麺はモチモチしている。
まあ、待たせすぎですね。

I waited for more than 40 minutes because the owner of the shop was doing one operation until after 12:00. There are also several takeouts along the way.
The taste is delicious, the noodles are chewy with the demiglace sauce taste.
