m	mench on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年クリスマスにランチで行きました。ホテルのレストランなので値段はやや高めでしたが、せっかくのクリスマスだったので家族全員で楽しみにしていきました。しかし、注文後1時間以上経過してもメイン料理が来ず、他お客も3組しかいなかったのでおかしいと思い店員に確認したところ、ただ待ってくださいとの返事しかありませんでした。更に15分ぐらい待っても料理は来ず、13時からは他の用事があったため仕方なく食事をせずに店を出ざるを得ませんでした。店は少しも混んでなかったので明らかにオーダの入れ忘れか、なにかのトラブルがあったとしか考えらない状況でした。しかし、店員からは店をでる際に何の説明もなく、1時間以上待ってる間も全く何の配慮もありませんでした。せっかくのクリスマスに特別にホテルのレストランに行ったところ、どの店でも経験したことのない最悪の対応で悪い思い出しか残らないクリスマスになってしまいました。コロナ前に行った時にはお客も多く、理科も美味しく接客にも問題なかったと覚えていますが、今はもはや接客の基本もできておらず、クリスマスなのに客がほとんどいない理由が分かりました。もう2度も行くことはないでしょう。 I went for lunch on Christmas 2021. か	かたお on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見た目は良い。味はとても普通。限定のステーキは薄かったです。脂身多め。コスパはそんなに良くないですが場所が分かりやすいし雰囲気が良いので水戸に来た人と駅でゆっくりランチするのには良いのでしばしば利用します。ディナーのコースもかなり普通の味でした。不満はないけどどれが美味しかったか聞かれると思い出せない。ランチのパスタは食べたことないのでパスタが美味しい店なのかもしれないです。ランチに追加料金でつけられるデザートはぱさついてることが多いのであんまりおすすめしません。女性店員さん1名にいつもポイントの利用を忘れられたりホームページに書いてあるクーポンを出し忘れられたりカトラリーを忘れられたりするしそれを伝えた時の対応が雑だし時間かかるのでちょっと気をつけてほしい。一応ホテルに食事しに来てるので接客は頑張ってほしい。それ以外の店員さんはにこやかで丁寧です。 It looks good.
