★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本の蕎麦は二八蕎麦ですが、差額を足して十割そばにも出来ます。限定のランチや今更ですが、東京スカイツリーを模した山の様に高く盛りつけたメニュー等も有ります。肝心な蕎麦の風味やコシは取り立ててコメントする程では有りません。天婦羅のネタは小さいが揚げ方や食感はまずまずでした。店内は椅子もテーブルも狭いので小さな子供連れには厳しく、ランチタイムは早目の来店が望ましい。店の前の駐車スペースは出前のオートバイも有るので狭く、隣の駐車場に２台スペースが有るので、そちらに停めた方が停めやすい。スタンプカードを作ってくれますが、好みに合った人以外は要らないかな？

飛び込みで大晦日に予約なしで入れるか尋ねたところが、店主らしき男性がこちらを見もせずに「良いよ」と。
常連さんと話に夢中だったのに、母、妻、私と受け入れていただけました。
なんてありがたかったことか。
味は覚えていません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メニューがかなり豊富なお蕎麦屋さんです。
子ども用のメニューもある点は非常に良いですね！
お蕎麦は二八蕎麦と生蕎麦（蕎麦粉100%）がありました。
東浦和はお蕎麦屋さんが多くあるので地味に激戦区でしょうか。
どのお店も美味しくこちらの越後屋さんも非常に美味しいです。
今回はせいろ蕎麦を頼みました。
小鉢が付いてるのがいいですよね。
お蕎麦だけでもいいのですがちょっとだけ違う物を口に入れるという点で嬉しいです。
おつゆは人によっては少し濃いめに感じるかもですが私は好きでした。
薬味もわさびと大根おろしがあるので好みで変えられるのも良かったです。
またお伺いしたいお店でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しい！昔ながらのお蕎麦屋さん。海老天おろしそばを食べたがボリュームも満足??✨値段はけっして安くはないが店主のこだわりを感じて私はよいと思います。
