車を大事にしている方は絶対来ない方がいいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オイル交換や玉切れしたときとかによく利用しています。いつも混んでるので、オイル交換は予約してから訪れたほうが無難。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイヤ交換で一番安値を注文したところ店で最安値と言って以前購入の倍する商品を持ってきた。これではないと言ったがこれが最安値と言って譲らなかったが、購入履歴より以前購入した商品在庫が有ることが分かったが悪びる事も無く精算してるKさん、ピットの整備士は請求書の点数計算が出来ずレジで聞いてくれとシカトされた不快だった。
もとよりここの計算書複雑過ぎる。
そして店員は説明出来ない。

I said that it was not this, but I did not give it up because it was the lowest price, but I found that there was a product inventory purchased before from the purchase history, but Mr. K, who is paying without any deterioration, billed the pit mechanic I couldn't calculate the score of the calligraphy, and I was uncomfortable asking me to ask at the cash register.
Of course, the calculation here is too complicated.
And the clerk cannot explain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オートバックスとしては小規模な店であるが、よく使う消耗品を購入するといった目的では十分であると思う。店内に作業待ちのスペースもあるのでゆっくりした買い物ができる。
It's a small store for AUTOBACS, but I think it's enough for the purpose of purchasing frequently used consumables. There is also a space waiting for work in the store, so you can shop slowly.

挙句の果てには通常料金の4倍の値段で案内された！
他のお店のサイトの値段を見せてもうちはこれが正規の値段ですと言ってました。
あとは、接客の態度がかなり悪いです！
お勧めしません。
