軽く食べられるメニューを、とオーダーしたのが「ざるそば」 価格は、破格の６００円(@_@)
配膳されたら、あれ？ 器が小さく、通常の半分ほどの量(;^_^A なにこれ？と思ったら、器二段重ねでした(笑)
若干太目だけど、それ程コシは強くない食感。一般の蕎麦とはまた違った味わいで、この食感今まで感じた無いですね( *´艸｀)
出汁は、一般的な味付け。カツオと昆布の旨味が感じられます。麺との相性も良いですね！
"Restaurant Togashi" is the restaurant I searched online for a light lunch without any appetite. Lunch is a Japanese restaurant with soba, udon, and rice bowls.
I ordered a lightly edible menu, "Zaru soba". The price is an exceptional 600 yen (@ _ @).
If served, what? The vessel was small, about half the normal amount (; ^ _ ^ A When I wondered what this was, it was a two-tiered vessel (laughs)
It's a little thick, but the texture isn't that strong. It has a different taste from ordinary soba, and I have never felt this texture (* ´ 艸 ｀)
The soup stock is a general seasoning. You can feel the taste of bonito and kelp. It goes well with noodles!
