見た目は、量が少ないかなぁと思いながら、食べ始めましたが、全くそんなことはなく満足でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ご当地グルメ、今はＢ級グルメなどとも呼ばれていますね。美郷町に古くからあるご当地グルメが「たぬ中」で、「たぬき中華そば」の略称です。
名称から想像できると思いますが、天かすをトッピングした中華そば。たぬき蕎麦の中華そばバージョンです。
昔ながらの中華そばに天かすが散らされている、シンプルな中華そば。美味しそうですよね(#^^#)
具材も、当然昔ながらの物。ネギに海苔にナルトに、写真には見えませんがシナチクも。
それぞれの味わいも、昔ながらの懐かしい味。スープは、鰹節中心の醤油味。麺は、少し細めの縮れ麺。シナチクは、細めで短い歯応えの有るもの。
そこに天かすの油と食感がうまく絡むのがたぬ中の醍醐味ですね(*^^)v
それにしても、たぬ中５００円とは格安(^^♪

Of course, the ingredients are also old-fashioned. Welsh onions, seaweed, Naruto, and even though it's not visible in the photo, there are also synergies.
Each taste is also a nostalgic old-fashioned taste. The soup has a soy sauce flavor centered on dried bonito flakes. The noodles are slightly thin curly noodles. Synachik is thin and has a short chewy texture.
It's the real thrill of having the oil of tenkasu and the texture entwined well there (* ^^) v
Even so, 500 yen is cheap (^^ ♪)

他メニューもリーズナブルで、例えばラーメンやうどんのスープも、自家製出汁て、素敵。
お店も古いけど、清潔感があり、入りやすい雰囲気。
接客も温かい！
