品数は多く創作料理的な感じで、蔵に行かないと食べられない発想の料理も多かったので満足です✨

 I went to eat for the first time in 40 years.
There are many items and it feels like a creative dish, and I am satisfied because there were many dishes with ideas that I could not eat unless I went to the brewery.

でも、南部屋敷なんて行ってる場合じゃないと思います。
同じくらいの値段で、レベルの数段高いお食事がいただけます。
余裕があったら是非単品の焼き魚も頼んで欲しいですね。
Maybe everyone thinks the threshold is high, but it's relatively empty.
But I don't think it's the case when you go to the south room.
For the same price, you can enjoy a meal that is several levels higher.
If you can afford it, I would like you to order a single grilled fish.

サービスも適切で居心地がいい。
事前注文でお弁当にも対応してくれます。
味はお酒に合うような濃口ですが、お客様へのもてなしの一案としてオススメです。

ふっくらした上品な味わいでとても美味しかったです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お寿司が食べたくて、初訪問。お客さんのすぐ近くのお店で前から知ってましたが、なかなか行く機会がなかったんですよね。
お昼の献立から「握り寿司稲庭セット」をオーダー。稲庭うどんは本来冷やで楽しむのが本場流ですが、寒くて温かいうどんをチョイス。
握り寿司と稲庭うどんでこの価格はリーズナブルですね。
握り寿司は華やかな具材は揃ってませんが、そのお店の力量が分かる「並」と言った感じでしょうか。シャリの酢の具合や量、ネタとのバランスもしっかりしてます。
稲庭うどんも、もちろん本場の面を使用している模様。どこの製麺所の製品かは確認しませんでしたが、麺のコシ、歯応え、喉越しとも正に稲庭うどん！という味わいでした(o^^o)
食後のコーヒーも付いて、ゆっくり〆て、午後の仕事に迎えましたᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ

Order "Nigiri Sushi Inaniwa Set" from lunch menu. Inaniwa udon is basically the best way to enjoy it in the cold, but the choice is cold and warm udon.
This price is reasonable with Nigiri Sushi and Inaniwa Udon.
Nigiri sushi does not have gorgeous ingredients, but I think it's said that it is "normal" to understand the ability of the shop. The condition and amount of shari's vinegar and the balance with the material are well established.
It seems that Inaniwa udon also uses the authentic surface. I didn't check which noodle shop's product, but the noodles' chewy texture, chewy texture, and throat throat are just Inaba udon! It was a taste (o ^ ^ o)
We also had coffee after dinner, and we arrived at the afternoon work slowly. (_ Óˇ) ᕤ
