見学に来ている人はいなかったのですが、歴史を詳しく教えていただきました。

申し訳ない。仙台方面に行く途中、何度も気にはなっていたが、どーせ古い農機具とか展示しているのだろうと勝手な思い込み。
こんなに史料が充実しているとは。
空堀のジオラマは同じ物が福島県立博物館にあるので質問したら、ここから提供したそうです。
福島県立博物館は年間パスポートで何回も訪問し、行く度に場所を知りたがっていたが、簡単に解決‼

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 福島県国見町にある厚樫山は、宮城県との県境に立つ標高300m弱の小高い山です。ここの麓は昔から交通の要所であり、今でも国道4号と東北自動車道、そしてJR東北本線が平行に走り、その役割は今も変わっていません。
そんな厚樫山一帯では、歴史の上でターニングポイントとなる重要な戦がありました。奥州合戦です。奥州藤原氏征伐に出陣した頼朝軍（鎌倉軍）に対し、藤原泰衡率いる奥州軍は、ここに全長3キロを超える防塁を築き迎え撃ちます。戦いは熾烈を極めましたが、最終的には三日ほどで決着がついてしまい、藤原氏の本拠であった平泉（岩手県）もその後十日ほどで陥落しました。これにて奥州藤原氏は滅亡、頼朝の奥州支配が確立すると同時に、御家人制度も確立し、後の伊達や相馬に繋がりました。歴史の連続を感じさせてくれる貴重な場所です。
そんな貴重な歴史を教えてくれるのが、この文化センターになります。施設自体は小学校の一部を改装したこじんまりとした空間です。ここに事件経過や防塁の模型が展示されているのですが、なんと言ってもそこでお務めをされている男性の方が大変親切で、私の無節操な質問を一から十まで聞いてくれました。聞くと、地元の方のようで（郷土史家？）、当地を心から愛されているように感じました。またこの方に会いに行きたいですね。
当然施設周辺には防塁跡もあります。車がないと難しいかもしれませんが、ぜひタクシーでも拾って行ってみてください。有名な義経の腰掛松や中尊寺蓮（泰衡の棺桶に納められていた蓮の種から発芽した蓮）のスポットにも出くわすでしょう。
p.s. 厚樫防塁は研究者の中でも注目の的で、私の前には福岡の元寇防塁を研究されている方がお見えになっていたようです。
Mt. Atsumi, located in Kunimi-cho, Fukushima Prefecture, is a small mountain with an altitude of less than 300m on the prefectural border with Miyagi Prefecture. There was an important battle that became a turning point in history in the Mt. Oshu battle. The Oshu army, led by Yasuhiko Fujiwara, builds a defense of more than 3 km in length against the Yoritomo army (Kamakura army) who set out to conquer Fujiwara Oshu. The battle was intense, but in the end it was settled in about three days, and Hiraizumi (Iwate Prefecture), the home of Mr. Fujiwara, fell in about ten days. With this, Mr. Oshu Fujiwara was destroyed, and Oshu control of Yoritomo was established. At the same time, the patriarchal system was established, which led to Date and Soma later. It is a precious place that makes you feel the continuity of history.
It is this cultural center that teaches such a precious history. The facility itself is a small space refurbished from an elementary school. The case history and defense models are displayed here, but the men who are serving there are very kind, and asked me from ten to ten unquestionable questions. It was. When I heard it, I felt like a local (local historian?) And loved the area. I want to see him again.
Naturally there are also ruins of ruins around the facility. It may be difficult if you do not have a car, but please take a taxi. You'll also come across the famous spots of Yoshitsune Kakumatsu and Chusonji lotus (the lotus sprouted from the seeds of the lotus seeds that were stored in the Taihing mausoleum).
p.s. Atsushi bombs are the center of attention among researchers, and it seems that there was a person who was studying Marshal bombs in Fukuoka before me.
