心斎橋の交差点にある良店 元々は福喜鮨の花板だった「岡崎」さんが独立なされ開業に至る。 腕前、ネタ、シャリ共に文句無し。 特に昼に行くとシャリが最高の状態であり狙い目。 昼間から食事とお酒を楽しめる。 もちろん、にぎりで行くとコストは掛かるが、場所やネタの良さを考慮すると良コスパ それでも!リーズナブルが良い!って人はランチメニューもありますが、やはりお勧めは握ってもらうべし ミナミの某寿司屋の大将も「大阪で一~二を争う腕前や!」とのこと?️

2021年6月22日追記 コロナ禍の中、緊急事態宣言の間お休みされていましたが、解除を受けて営業再開。 妻と二人で勢い込んで訪問。 やはり最高に美味しい。 これからも宜しくお願いします。 2020年8月某日 閉店してしまった福喜鮨以降、新たに通う店を探して五ヶ月。知人からこちらの大将が福喜鮨出身と聞き訪問。 造りを五種ほど貰い、早速鮨を握って頂いた。 捨てシャリの際に桶を叩く仕草が既に懐かしく感じ、既に興奮が抑えられません。妻もワクワクしている様子。 食べた後の感動は語り尽くせない。 そう、これが食べたかったと、ただただ妻と微笑んでばかりでした。 江戸前鮨の基本をしっかり抑えつつ、関西に少し寄せてくださっているシャリの味。ほんのり甘味もあるのが嬉しい。また、固さも少しだけ柔らかく寄せている。関西の寿司より固く、江戸前より柔らかい。そんな塩梅が食べやすい。郷に入りては郷に従う。日本人てき美徳の極致だと思う。 ネタも素晴らしい。香り、食感。そんな事一つ一つが頼もしいと感じさせる。 大将はじめ、従業員さん皆さんが感じ良く、居心地の良い時間が過ごせました。 8/6より大阪府の休業要請に合わせ、8/20迄はお休みされるとの事。再開したら直ぐに伺いたい。
