★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 赤味噌ラーメンチャーシュートッピングを食べました。
チャーシューがトロトロホロホロで麺もスープが良く絡み美味い。
この日とは別の日にネギ抜き頼んだら玉ねぎイケますか？とネギの代わりに玉ねぎを入れてくれたり、水のピッチャー取替えますねと冷たいお水を替えてくれたり、
細かい心遣いが嬉しい。
店内はJAZZが流れていて心地よい。
I ate red miso ramen char chute dumplings.
The pork is delicious and the noodles and soup are entwined and delicious.
If you ask for a leek without a day on this day, would you like onion? Instead of putting onions in place of green onions, changing pitcher of water, changing cold water, etc.
I'm happy about the details.
JAZZ is flowing in the shop and it is comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味噌と魚系出汁のコラボに、玉ねぎ、チャーシューと普段からの鉄板組み合わせでご賞味させて戴きました。少し脂っぽさが強めですが、ご飯とか追加が欲しくなる逸品ですので終了前にお試しください。
We enjoyed the collaboration of miso and fish soup stock with onions, char siu and the usual iron plate combination. It's a little greasy, but it's a gem that makes you want to add rice or something, so please try it before the end.

前のお店は何回行きましたが・・・
辛みそらーめん(1辛)+かなでごはん
辛いのが好きな人は１辛だと物足りないと思います。
次回は２辛を食べようと思います。

If you like spicy food, I think 1 spicy food is not enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バターをトッピングしていただきました。チャーシューは箸で掴むとちぎれそうになるほど柔らかくて美味しい。札幌で食べた味噌ラーメンより美味しかった。お店の一押し「味噌ラーメン」ぜひ一度お試しあれ。
I had you topping with butter. The char siu is so soft and delicious that it almost tears when you grab it with chopsticks. It was better than the miso ramen I ate in Sapporo. Please try "Miso Ramen", which is one of the recommended shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう数回行っています。チョイ飲みが出来るラーメン屋さん。居心地は◎。特製餃子の味は2種類、一見普通の餃子だが、食べたらとても美味い♪ラーメンは味噌ラーメンが美味。濃厚でドロドロのスープなのに、しっかりした味噌味であっさり全部飲めちゃうくらいすっきり。辛味噌ラーメンは…おいらには１辛でも滝汗でした?接客は丁寧でいい感じ。お店も綺麗だし、また餃子食べに行きますわ??

私は背油醤油ラーメン、奥様は。味噌ラーメンを頂きました。
醤油は濃くなく、しつこくなくで良いと思います。
味噌はコクが深くてもしょっぱくないちょうど良い仕上がりです。
両方とも最初から食べ終わりまで湯気がたちアツアツでした。
麺もおいしいですが自家製とかではないんじゃないでしょうか？
前はむ○み屋さんでしたけど誉さんの方が数段美味しいです。
お気に入りポイントはピッチャーのお水がレモン水なのと、店員さん達も元気ですし。スープがアツアツとチャーシューが香ばしく温かいのがよいです。
