その後退去に伴い、mini miniさんに手順を聞いたところ、書面を出した後、mini miniさんから確認の電話が来るとの事。なのにmini miniさんに退去の書類を出した後、2週間も電話が掛かってこず。こちらから電話してみると、「あぁ来てますよ？で、引き渡しいつにしますか？」と返答。
呆れた。
その後退去から3ヶ月、保険会社ならびに保証会社から物件の契約が続いており、更新しますか？との連絡が。
よく聞いてみると退去時には不動産会社から、先方に話が行き退去の手続きになるはずが、私の手続きが漏れていたらしい。
保険会社、保証会社から連絡来なかったら気が付かなかった。
もちろんmini miniさんからの連絡はなし。
契約する時は丁寧なのに退去する時は杜撰な管理をしてるので、皆様お気をつけください。
私は2度と使わないです。
