a	aba baya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 身内に不幸があったため、お宮参りが延期となってしまいました。お電話で事情を説明したのですが、担当の方の対応がとても淡々としており、気遣いの言葉もなかったのがとても残念です。延期の方向でお願いをしたのですが、キャンセルしてくれの一点張りでした。もちろん規約には11日以内の変更等ができない旨は書いてあり、了承しておりますがこの対応はとても残念です。カスタマーセンターにも連絡させて頂きましたが、いかなる理由があろうともキャンセルはキャンセル料が発生するとのお返事を頂きました。身内の不幸などキャンセルの可能性が限りなく低い方は問題ないと思いますが、その可能性がある方は柔軟に対応をしてくれる別のお店を利用されたほうが良いと感じました。事故や災害などいかなる理由があってもキャンセル料がかかりますのでご注意ください。

i	i O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【とても綺麗な訪問着一式です】普段は母の着物を借りていますが、クリーニングや管理が大変なので初めてレンタルしました。発送から返却までの送料も込みの15,000円程の訪問着一式を借りました。洋服に比べれば安くはないですが、何人もの方がレンタルされているはずなのにとても綺麗でシミなどもありませんでした。帯は少し可愛すぎたので別で用意した落ち着いたものを使いましたが、画像通りのものでした。(帯も帯揚げ帯締めのコーディネートもお上品な感じで可愛いかったです) また、小柄サイズがあるので安心してお借りできました。普通のサイズであれば1万円以下のものもあるのでお手頃ですね！ママ友や道行く方がお着物をとても褒めてくださいました。一点だけ、小柄サイズですが長襦袢が長いものだったので着付師さんが驚いてました(笑)花嫁衣装用ですかね？長襦袢なのに高級感があり綺麗だなとも思いました。着物の良い点は長くてもなんとかなる所ですね(笑) コロナでイベントが無くなるかとヒヤヒヤでしたがその時はその時と腹をくくってレンタルして正解でした。この時期はすぐに予約が埋まると思うので、次回も既に予約してあります。なんと言っても片づけが楽ですし、綺麗なお着物なので今後も利用させていただきます。 [A very beautiful set of visiting clothes] I usually rent my mother's kimono, but I rented it for the first time because cleaning and management are difficult. After all, it's easy to clean up, and since it's a beautiful kimono, I will continue to use it.
