★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何の問題解決もできないのに、常に偉そうな態度で、名前も名乗らないし、人の話を遮って一方的に話してくるし、かなり不快な気分になった。利用するだけ時間と労力の無駄です。
 Even though I couldn't solve any problems, I always had a great attitude, didn't give my name, interrupted people's stories and talked unilaterally, which made me feel very uncomfortable. It is a waste of time and effort just to use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 消費者センターは指導権を持っていないのでなんの解決にもなりません、電話もフリーダイヤルではないので電話代と時間の無駄です
The consumer center doesn't have the leadership, so there's no solution, and the phone isn't toll-free, so it's a waste of phone bills and time.
