★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 詐欺被害に遭った時に相談しに行ったが、「訴訟を起こして下さい」と厄介払いされ、何も力になってくれなかった。
無駄飯喰らいの典型的な役所の出先機関。
勝訴を勝ち取ってから再び訪れ、「私が勝ちましたが今後如何されますか？」とその後の対応を求めたが、何にも役に立ちません。
尻拭く紙の役にも立ちはしません。
オレオレ詐欺に遭う被害者が、引きも切らない訳なのも頷けます。
自分の腹の心配しかしない職員には期待しない方が宜しいでしょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テレビのCMで、ある製品を定期購入してしまい、金銭的な問題で次回からの購入をキャンセルしたい旨をお願いしたのですが、１年間はキャンセル出来ないと言われて、困ってしまって、狭山市消費生活センターに泣きついたところ、キャンセル出来るかどうかは分かりませんが、センターのほうから、お願いしてみましょうか?と言って頂き、すぐにセンターに製品(資料１式)を持って行って事情を説明して、相手と話してもらってキャンセルしてもらいました。本当に助かりました。
I made a regular purchase of a certain product on a TV commercial and asked to cancel the next purchase due to financial problems, but I was in trouble because I was told that I could not cancel for one year. When I cried at the Sayama City Consumer Affairs Center, I don't know if I can cancel it, but the center asked me if I could ask, and immediately brought the product (1 set of materials) to the center. I went, explained the situation, talked to the other party, and asked them to cancel. That was a really big help.
