入居の際、ガスの開栓作業の日程調整もこの不動産屋にやって貰ったのですが、約束の時間になってもガス会社が来ませんでした。
ガス業者さんに連絡をした所「元々その日時に開栓作業の予定は入っていない」と言われ、耳を疑いました！
不動産屋にその旨を伝えると、喧嘩腰で「ガス会社にはファックスで日時を伝えたのでウチは関係ない！」の一点張りでもう話になりませんでした………
結局その日は予定していたエステもキャンセルして、ここの不動産屋のせいで丸一日無駄にしました?
ふざけるな❗️
The worst
When I moved in, I went to the real estate agent to adjust the schedule for opening the gas, but the gas company didn't come even when the appointment time came.
When I contacted a gas supplier, I was told, “I have no plans to open the cap at that date and time,” and I doubted my ears!
When I told the real estate agent, I couldn't talk about it anymore with a single point, “I didn't matter because I told the gas company the date and time by fax!” ………
I ended up canceling the beauty salon I had planned for that day and wasted a whole day because of a real estate agent here?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここが仲介してる物件に入居した際、驚くほど部屋が汚かった。前の入居者から退出時のハウスクリーニング代を貰って清掃してる筈なのに、掃除した痕が全く見られなかった。
交渉の末、清掃代を返金して貰う事になったが、数ヶ月以上経っても一向に返金されず。
我慢の限界が来たので不動産屋に連絡すると、
「振込先を教えて貰ってない」と何故か逆ギレされた。
＂家賃の引き落とし口座に振り込む様に確かに依頼した＂のに、この言い草である。
冗談抜きで、こちらから催促の電話をしなければ返金されなかった可能性が非常に高く、顧客の事を舐めてるとしか思えない。
The room was surprisingly dirty when I moved into this property. Even though I was cleaning from the previous resident for the house cleaning fee when leaving, I could not see any traces of cleaning.
After the negotiations, I got a refund for the cleaning fee, but it won't be refunded even after several months.

＂This is what I mean, even though I was surely asked to transfer money to my rent debit account.
Without a joke, it's very likely that you didn't get a refund if you didn't call for a reminder here, and I can only think of licking the customer.

北上駅から歩いてすぐのところに点がありアクセスがかなり良好です！
活気のある従業員さんの声が聞こえてきましたし、地域情報にかなりお詳しいようで、土地勘のない私でもわかりやすく説明をしていただきました。
また、北上に立ち寄る際はお邪魔させてください！

There is a point just a short walk from Kitakami station and access is quite good!
I heard the voices of lively employees, and they seemed to be quite familiar with the area information, so even I, who had no idea of the land, explained in an easy-to-understand manner.
