★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前の入居者のゴミをそのまま放置（今も）。入居審査が甘いのか外人寮になり生活が一変。建物の何かの電気盤の蓋壊れても直さす雨風に晒す。催促すると逆ギレ。近所の方だ応急処置。入る時は下手に出るが一旦入ったらろくすっぽ対応する気が更ならない。
The garbage of the former resident is left as it is (still). Whether the entrance examination is sweet or not, it becomes a foreign dormitory and the life changes completely. Even if the lid of some electric panel of the building is broken, it is exposed to the rain and wind to fix it. Reverse guilty when prompted. First aid in the neighborhood. When I go in, I'm not good at it, but once I go in, I don't feel like dealing with a small tail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方も書かれている通り、最初は下手に出て丁寧な対応をされているように見えますが、入居後はほったらかしです。電話をしても出ず、折り返しの電話も無し。お願いしていた件も受けておいてすっぽかす。
出来る事ならこちらは利用しない方がいいと思います。
