g	gaz shin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酷い以前、アパートの隣室に、一人暮らし50代前後の男が入居しており、夜中いつも寝ていると何度も壁を叩いてきたり毎回嫌がらせが酷く、不動産が営業時間外のため、夜に一度注意しに行った際、相手が大声で暴言をはき、止めてるにもかかわらず突き飛ばされ、無理やり玄関から部屋のリビングまで侵入してきて、同時に暴行の被害を受けた。刑法の住居侵入罪、暴行罪にあたるため、翌日、警察に被害届を出す前に大成不動産に前夜の件を相談したところ、不動産から中年男性（店長？）が来たが「2人で酒を飲み交わして仲直りすれば良い」等言い出し、不動産業社と被疑者が知人なのか何なのか知らないが、全く話にならず。被疑者を退去させるのではなく、逆に2人で酒を飲み交わして仲直りすれば解決すると言う始末で、その後自分が耐えられず退去し、すぐに他の不動産業社に変えました。余計な引っ越し代等が必要になり、とても悔しい思いをしましたが、これが太成不動産のやり方です。ヤフーの口コミにも同じ内容を投稿したが、もし賃貸物件をお探しの方は、ある程度の知名度があり、対応もしっかりとしている不動産選びをおすすめします。 terrible Previously, a man in his 50s who lived alone lived in the next room of the apartment, and when he was sleeping all night, he hit the wall many times and harassed him every time. After that, he couldn't stand it and moved out, and immediately changed to another real estate company. I was very disappointed that I had to pay extra for moving, but this is Taisei Real Estate's method. I posted the same content in Yahoo reviews, but if you are looking for a rental property, I recommend choosing a real estate that has a certain degree of name recognition and is well-supported.
