★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いろいろと言いたいことはありますが、貸家の件でずいぶん足元見られたなという感じです(当方貸し主です)。
他の不動産にお願いして貸してますが、それによってこちらの不動産屋からの足元見具合がよくわかりました。それが不動産屋さんだといわれればそうなんだとは思いますが。こちらの不動産屋の件で、相見積もりは重要だということがよくわかる経験をさせていただきました。
女性の方は対応良かったですが、男性の方は上から目線な感じですね。
