ゆ	ゆり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年明けの平日にお邪魔しました。岩盤浴エリアで大学生など20代くらいの方々が写真を撮ったり大声でマスクをせずに会話をしたりしていて、せっかくのおしゃれな場所なのに落ち着きませんでした。他温浴施設ではスタッフさんが注意したりしていますが、こちらではそういったこともなく。岩盤浴のフロアは館内着じゃないと入れないことになっていますが、普段着でウロウロしている方を何回かお見かけして驚きました。東京のラクーアをよく利用していますが、全体的に客層が悪いと思います。大浴場の露天の立ち湯は素晴らしかったです。お風呂の種類は少なく、全てぬるめのお湯だったので一つ熱いお湯の浴槽があってもいいのかなと思いました。また、サウナは低温で湿度も高く入りやすいのですがほとんど利用している人はいませんでした。高温サウナがないのに冷水風呂があっても意味がないのでサウナの温度を上げるか冷水風呂を熱湯にするなどした方がもっと人気が出るのではないかと思いました。宿泊だったので閉館時間まで滞在したのですが、閉館30分前からお客がいるにも関わらずスタッフの方が浴室の片付けや掃除をしていたのにも驚きました。レストランのスタッフさんは色々と気配りができていて素晴らしかったです。 I visited you on the weekday of the new year. In the bedrock bath area, people in their twenties, such as college students, were taking pictures and talking loudly without wearing masks, and even though it was a fashionable place, I couldn't settle down. The staff is careful at other hot bath facilities, but there is no such thing here. The floor of the bedrock bath is supposed to be entered only if you wear it in the hall, but I was surprised to see people who are wandering around in everyday clothes several times. I often use LaQua in Tokyo, but I think the customer base is generally bad. The open-air standing bath in the large communal bath was wonderful. There are few types of baths, and all of them are lukewarm water, so I thought it would be okay to have one hot water bathtub. Also, although the sauna is cold and humid, it is easy to enter, but few people used it. It doesn't make sense to have a cold water bath even though there is no high temperature sauna, so I thought it would be more popular to raise the temperature of the sauna or make the cold water bath hot water. Since I was staying at the hotel, I stayed until the closing time, but I was surprised that the staff was cleaning and cleaning the bathroom even though there were customers 30 minutes before the closing time. The staff at the restaurant was very attentive and wonderful.

M	Mariam Ferrer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't allowed in for having a tiny tattoo on my wrist. It's so small I can hide it by placing my thumb on top of it. I offered to cover it up with a plaster but still got discriminated and separated from a group of 10 people, it's ridiculous. I have been living in Japan for a long time and in other onsen either they don't even notice it or they're nice and they're fine with it since it's so small, same in the gym. That's why I didn't even think of hiding it. The problem is not about the tattoo itself: they are discriminating people who have them, even when they are almost invisible. Such an old fashioned way of thinking still. Nothing new, but it might be worth knowing this place is one of those in case you're coming.

The cost was ¥3200 for a weekend visit, which is more than twice what I have spent at similar or better facilities in Beppu and other resort-style onsen towns. The water is extremely adequate. Nothing to write home about. I warn LGBT+ individuals against this facility. Aside from the typical gendered aspects of an onsen, they require you to wear special robes at all times in the building. Pink for women and blue for men. They color-code you by sex. They refused to give me the clothing that I requested and it was very humiliating. The views, of course, are good, and the infinity bath is very unusual. It does feel like you are suspended over the ocean.
