受付の女性の電話対応は最高でした！お客様に寄り添うような話し方で、とても好感が持てました。ただ、車のフォグランプの交換がしたいと相談に行き店長さんが対応してくれましたが、「変える必要あります？」「純正でも充分だと思いますし、出来なくは無いと思いますが、やってみないといくらかかるって言うのも言えないですし、物を買って持ってきてくれればやるはやりますけど。。。」という感じで、あー、やりたく無いんだなぁ。と感じてしまいました。女性の電話対応が良かっただけにかなりの期待を込めて伺ったのですが、帰るときには正直悲しい気持ちで帰ってました。商品もどういうのがオススメかなど聞いてみたが、一緒に相談に乗ってくれるというよりは物を持っていって作業をする感じのスタンスなんだろうなというのが伝わってきてしまいました。また何か相談があれば連絡下さいと名刺をいただいたが、連絡は出来ないと思います。
