★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洗車の拭き上げタオルが、事務所にもらいに行くスタイルに変わって不便。もらいに行った際も、まず人がおらず印象ダウン、更に何度も呼んでやっと来たと思ったら、めんどくさそうさ全開で更に印象ダウン…。タオルも、外、中、下回りの3枚しか渡されず全然足りない。若干事務所まで距離があるので、わざわざまた貰いに行く、プラス返却しに行く必要があり、利用者側には改悪だと感じました。コロナ対策でどこもそんなやり方に変わったのかもしれないけど、洗車場は違う場所を探そうと思います。

今回は洗車でりようになります。
洗車が終わり、吹き上げ用タオルは
店内にあるとの事なので店内に入ると入口右手に窓ガラス用のタオルが
あり、これで吹き上げをするのかと
不思議ちゃんで利用したよ。
タオルは絞っていない状態でボディと車内を吹き上げたがタオルが水分を含んでいるので全く吹き上げできなかった。
店舗スタッフはカウンターには不在でした。
仕方がないので自前で用意したタオルで吹き上げをした。
隣で業者ナンバーの方に聞いたら、
事務所に店舗スタッフが居て声がけをして洗車吹き上げ専用のタオルを利用したとの事でした。
吹き上げのタオルの貸し出し、何か改善策ございませんでしょうか。
他のスタンドでは、吹き上げ専用のタオルがきちんとたたんであり、利用出来る環境にございます。
先ずは、お客様目線で更なる改善を望みます。
