★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 修理の見積もりをお願いして予約を入れていました。都合が合わなくなってしまい予約日の2日前にキャンセルの連絡を入れました。電話で人が良さそうな印象があったのと、家からも近かったのでまた予約を入れたかったので、もう1度連絡をして、謝りながらまたお願いできないですかと予約の連絡をしたら、お断りします。こちらも対応しきれませんので。と冷たい対応をされて断られました。こちらは困っていてお願いしてるのにそのような対応をされたので、お客さんの必要に答えてくれるようなお店ではないと思いました。もう二度と連絡は致しません。
