すごく不親切。
アカウントわからなくなって教えてもらったのに、ちゃんと教えてくれない。わたしがパスワード入れてる最中席立つし。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DOCOMO携帯電話が画面いきなり真っ黒になりました。入り口に立っていた店員の人に直して貰いました。警察に電話する事案が発生してここの住所教えてと言ったら無言で名称出して私に教えてきました。警察の人が電話代わって住所を言って下さいと言って代わりました。警察に電話かける位の事が、起きているのに対応悪すぎでした。

Calling the police was too bad for what was happening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スマホの電源がなくなりそうだったので、充電させてくださいって入り口で伝えたら、有料になりますと言われた。梅田の店舗だからでしょうか。わざわざそこまで出向いたのに。ドコモ使用歴20年以上なのに有料って初めて言われました。他店で言われた事がありません。最悪の対応だと思いました。
I was about to run out of power on my smartphone, so I told him to charge it at the entrance and he told me that I would be charged. Is it because it is a store in Umeda? I went all the way to that point. I was told for the first time that I was charged even though I had been using DoCoMo for over 20 years. I have never been told at another store. I thought it was the worst response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他店を強くおすすめします。
①子供応援プログラムの登録で1人1枚クオカードプレゼント
→渡し忘れで後で気付き電話したら取りに来てほしいと言われまたついでを作って足を運んだ。主人と二人分なのに1枚しか渡してもらえず指摘するとまた待たされた。
②dカード作るに当たって主人の携帯も同じ口座で引き落としにしてと頼んだが結局できていない。
③iDキャッシュバックキャンペーンをdポイントが付くと説明を受けた。
半年たっても付かなくて調べるとIDキャッシュバックと判明。iDを使ったことがなく意味が分からず教えてもらいに行くとスタッフもわかっておらずドコモに問い合わせていた。iDポイントで支払いと言えばついたiDポイントが使えると説明を受けた。
→iDポイントなんてなく、iDで支払うと言って後日キャッシュバックされるシステムだった。
自分で気付かなければ11000円無駄にするところだった。
④勝手に電源が落ちるスマホの不具合で来店。初期化されてこれで様子見てと言わるが治るわけもなくまた来店。他の人に対応され様子見てと言われ結局治らず3度目の来店。また他の人にスマホの修理代3000円かかるから買い換えた方がいいと言われて8000円支払って買い換え手続きを済ませた。
→機種変1年以内なので無料で修理できることが判明。無駄に3回足を運ぶ羽目になった上買い換え手続きのキャンセルをしなければならなかった。もし自分で気付かなければ8000円支払って買い換えていたところだった。
今までの対応がいい加減すぎて他の店舗で修理を頼んだ。電車代を請求したいくらい無駄足が多かった。
⑤一番こわいのがパスワード入力お願いしますと若い女性スタッフに言われてじっと見てるな……と気になりつつ目の前で入力した数日後に五万円ほどのクレカの不正利用の連絡がカード会社から来てクレカとパスワードの変更手続きをしました。偶然にはタイミングが良すぎて怖すぎてそれから行くことがなくなりました。
マイショップ登録変更。
もう二度と行きません。

(3) I received an explanation that the iD cashback campaign will have d points.
It turned out to be ID cash back when I checked it even after half a year. I had never used iD and didn't understand the meaning, so when I went to ask him to teach me, the staff didn't understand and I contacted DoCoMo. I was told that iD points can be used when it comes to paying with iD points.
→ There was no iD point, and it was a system that cashed back at a later date by saying that you would pay with iD.
If I didn't notice it myself, I would have wasted 11,000 yen.
④ I came to the store due to a problem with my smartphone that turned off without permission. It is said that it will be initialized and you will see the situation with this, but there is no cure and you will come to the store again. It was said that he was treated by other people and he was told to wait and see, and he did not heal after all and visited the store for the third time. Also, another person told me that I should buy a new one because it costs 3000 yen to repair the smartphone, so I paid 8000 yen to complete the replacement procedure.
→ It turned out that it can be repaired free of charge because the model change is within one year. I had to go to waste three times and cancel the replacement procedure. If I didn't notice it myself, I would have paid 8,000 yen to buy a new one.
I asked for repairs at another store because the response so far was too sloppy. There was so much waste that I wanted to charge for the train.
⑤ The scariest thing is that the young female staff told me to enter the password, so don't look at it. Came from a credit card company and went through the procedure to change the credit card and password. Coincidentally, the timing was too good and I was too scared to go there.
Change my shop registration.
I will never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このdocomoショップは最低です?3月23日のアンドロイド機種のトラブルで来店したら、男性店員が店頭に立って居たんですが、僕を含めて5~6人の顧客に対して『こちら側も詳しいことはわからないから』と追い返す形での対応でした。docomo携帯端末を利用して27年目になります。こんな対応しか出来ないショップに怒り心頭です。名古屋の友人は『地元のdocomoショップで対応策を丁寧に教えてもらえた』とのこと。ショップも代理店。各代理店によって対応が違う。こういう時にこそその代理店の顧客に対するサービスに大きく差が出ますね。ディアモール店は儲けにならないことや煩わしいことは受けない。そんな印象を受けました。
