Ymobileは3キャリアに比べて接客対応が良くないですが、この店はdocomoと遜色のない対応です。
機会がありましたら、また利用したいです。
There are also Deer Mall and Hanshin Mae, but this is definitely better.
Ymobile is not as good at serving customers as 3 carriers, but this store is comparable to docomo.
If I have a chance, I would like to use it again.

欲しい機種が近所のショップには在庫が無かったし、取り寄せ不可と言われたので こちらに電話で問い合わせすると、なんと電話で機種変更の機種を取り寄せて頂けるとの対応して頂き電話での対応も素晴らしかったです！入荷の連絡があり早速ショップに、店員さんも丁寧に対応して頂きました。梅田だし混み合ってるのか？と心配でしたが、土曜日の昼過ぎに行きましたが意外にも空いてました。お勧めのワイモバイルショップです！
Used when changing models.
I was told that the model I wanted wasn't in stock at the nearby shop and it wasn't possible to order it. It was great! There was a notification of the arrival of goods, and the store clerk responded carefully to the shop immediately. Is it Umeda and crowded? I was worried, but I went to the afternoon of Saturday, but it was unexpectedly free. Recommended Y mobile shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really tiny shop in a good location. I was surprised how small this store is given the presentation of the storefront outside. No English here, of course, but the staff will try their best to accommodate whatever level of Japanese you have.
Ymobile is a more-progressive telco here in Japan, even after it was acquired by Softbank some years back. They offer simple, fixed rate plans for smartphones.
