H	H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2回来店しましたが2回ともとにかく待ち時間が多かったです。5分前に来店し30分近く待たされ、施術が始まってからも何回も待たされました。シャンプーをして髪が濡れた状態で20分近く待たされたこともあります。次の工程に行くまで都度10分待たされ、施術時間より待ち時間の方が遥かに長かったです。それでも髪型は気に入ったので2回来店しましたが、来店する度にストレスが溜まるので行かなくなりました。特に2回目にカットで来店した時は待ち時間合計40分、施術時間20分でした。手が回らないなら予約できるようにして欲しくないです。後日担当の方がインスタで「予約はオフィシャルからのほうが嬉しい」と投稿していました。私はオフィシャルからじゃなかったから、後回しにされてたんですかね。ただお店の雰囲気も良かったし、アシスタントの方のマッサージも気持ちよかったです。髪型も気に入っていました。それだけに残念でした。 I visited the store twice, but there was a lot of waiting time anyway. I don't want you to be able to make a reservation if you can't get around. Later, the person in charge posted on Instagram that "I'm glad to make a reservation from the official". I wasn't from the official, so I guess I was put off. However, the atmosphere of the shop was good, and the massage of the assistant was also pleasant. I also liked the hairstyle. It was a shame because of that.

め	めれんげです on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前ですが何度かお世話になりました。スタイリストさんの技術は素晴らしいと思いますが、カット以外アシスタントさんにつかれる事が多いなと感じていたこと(人気の方だったので仕方ないと思いますが)アシスタントさんに年齢にそぐわない雑誌を持ってこられたこと、アシスタントさんに私の髪質のことをわざわざ言いながら施術されたこと。(良くいえば教育熱心ですが、私は不快でした) 等、色々あり来店するのを辞めました。素敵なスタイリストさんもいましたが、今は銀座店にいらっしゃるようなのでそちらをオススメします。 It was a few years ago, but I have been indebted several times.
