予約の約束も守れないもしくは守らなくてもいいという指導をしている最低な美容院です。
しかも謝罪文に絵文字使うとか人としてありえないです。
全くもって社員教育がなっていません。
もはやここの美容室にお金払う価値はないです

店長さんの技術が確かで、在籍しているスタッフさんもしっかり教育されていてとても良いお店だと思います。新人さんも一生懸命シャンプーしてくれます。
特に、毛質の関係でパーマはどこの美容室でもちゃんとかからなかったところ、ここの美容室ではしっかり1回でかかり、感動しました。
