m	monk y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて伺いました。お店は広めで明るくて、スタイリッシュな感じかしました。技術は悪くないとおもいます。お店のかたの対応はよいです。髪の悩みに色々アドバイスくれました。気になったのはスタイリストのかたが施術してくれるのは少しだけで、ほとんどアシスタントのかたがやってくれたことです。たくさんのかたが予約しているので仕方ないかもしれませんが、私は一人のかたにやって頂くほうがすきなので、次回の予約は考え中です。 I visited for the first time. M	Mary (mary) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初回の安さにつられて来店。次回の予約(3ヵ月以内)と次回の施術3,500円チケット(カット1枚、カラーベース1枚といった感じ）を購入しないと次回の施術料金が通常料金（値段が上がる）になるという戦略を導入している美容室。チケット購入するなら安い。初めて行った時は、「えっ」て思ったけど、カットもカラーも担当の方を信頼できると思えるようになったので今もお世話になってます。（アシスタントさん担当のカラーはちょっと不安）ただ、、、！次回予約日を記載している紙っぺらのカードを絶対に持ってこないと購入した分のチケットは使えないらしい。忘れてもダメ。無くしたらチケット無効。要はその予約日記載の紙っぺらが金券扱い。この紙に購入分のチケットの金額や、チケットを何枚買ったかすら記載がないのに...そんな効力持たせちゃっていいのかな？チケット購入枚数の記載がないってことは、カルテで管理してるんじゃん笑だったら融通利かせて欲しい。なんか納得できないんだよな〜私だけなのかなぁ... 他の口コミにもあるように、チケットの有効期限は3ヵ月以内、予約がいっぱいで予約とれなくて無効は私も悩まされました。担当の美容師さんは、施術もうまくて誇りもお持ちでとてもいいんだけど、、、。何年かお世話になっているけど顧客に向き合おうとか、改善する姿勢がないのが残念なので -☆☆ I came to the store because of the cheapness of the first time.
