★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雨降るなか、受付5分前に入口で開くのを待っていると、「8時30分に受付開始です。車内で待ってください」と言われたので車内に戻ると、他の患者達が並びだし、結局私は後になりました。
この事を病院側に伝えると、「はい。皆さんにお伝えしています。伝えては居るんですが皆さん待てないようで...。受付前のトラブルは、こちらで対処できかねます」と言われました。
病院側が出したルールを守って不愉快な思いをするとは思いませんでした。
出来れば、マイナス評価をしたいくらいです。
評価が良かったから、そちらに通おうとしていたのに残念です。評価も当てにならないのですね。
