いずれも甘みが強く、餡の水分量が多い昔ながらの味。
昨今の甘みを抑えた和菓子とは異なり、しっかりと甘い。
最近最中にはまっている、私好みです。
玉子巻きという巻き寿司もあり、これもおいしい。
ここのお菓子の１万石と言う名前から、龍ケ崎が城下町だと初めて知った。
町には城の宣伝がなく、残ったお城こそないけれど、場所的に東京に近く、文化として眠らせるのは勿体ないな。

From the name of the sweets here, 10,000 stones, I learned for the first time that Ryugasaki is a castle town.
There is no advertisement for the castle in the town, and there are no remaining castles, but it is close to Tokyo in terms of location, so it is a waste to sleep as a culture.
