このお店の前の道で、撞舞という関東4奇祭が毎年7月下旬に開催されます。
撞柱の上やロープの上で、華麗な演技が繰り広げられ、ハラハラドキドキを味わえます。
舞男は、フクというカエルの格好をしており、元は雨乞いや豊穣の祭りとしておこなわれていたそうです。
フクの四方へ放つ矢を手に入れた人は、一年間厄を免れ、福を手に入れる事が出来るそうです！
