他店の家電店で携帯会社の担当の方が話してくれると混乱して、どこのを選んだら良いのか迷っていたのですが、朽木さんがお客様目線で各社の説明をしてくださったので、決めることが出来ました。

ですが、ポイント値引きをしたのに値引きされていない額をPayPayで支払いしていて、後日返金対応することになってしまい１２月３１日年末営業で早い閉店にすると言う事でやむを得ず仕事を早退し電車で返金してもらいに行きました。そこまでは仕方ないと思いましたが返金手続きを終え、すいませんの軽いひと言でかえされました。そちらの手違いで忙しい中わざわざ時間をかけて行ったのに雑な対応をされすごく嫌な気持ちになりました。

特別に割引もしてくれて、ポイントもたまりました。
対応も良く、また行きたいお店です。
