★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here for year's, and I enjoy it. Lots of shopping for the family. Includes a supermarket on the b1 level, Tokyu Hands shop, Kaldi Farm, Daiso, Nojima Electronics, Muji and amusement space for kids. Some pop-up shops, too. Connected to Omiya station, a great place to go on rainy days or after work. Several eateries on various floors. Free wifi, and a battery rental kiosk on the 1st floor.
