★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ノートパソコンの修理を依頼しましたが、分解すると戻せなくなるのが怖いとの事。通りいっぺんの診断ツールを使っただけで終了。出張費だけ取られました。そもそもスキルがないのに修理を受けるべきではありません。出張費だけ取る手口には憤りを感じます。
We requested repair of notebook PC, but are afraid that we cannot return after disassembly. It's just finished using just one diagnostic tool. Only travel expenses were taken. In the first place you should not get repairs without skills. I feel indignant at the method of taking only the travel expenses.

この店に依頼したところ即対応してくれました。ついでにssdに架装してもらい、そのスピード感は素晴らしくて満足してます。

中の配線をスッキリしてくれるサービスもあり自分で組むより良くなりました。
担当者Nさんに、パソコン修理&会計の時に一緒だったので直した人なので原因を詳細に教えてもらって良かったです。今回は自作PCのデスクトップなので故障部品を簡単に取り寄せて付け替えたら動きました。ノートパソコンは部品が専用だったり、基盤などは5年を超えてると生産されてないことがあるので一度持ち込んで見てもらわないとわからないらしいです。
とりあえず、壊れたらまた持っていきます。

This time it was a desktop of my own PC, so I easily ordered the defective parts and replaced them, and it worked. Laptops may not be produced if the parts are dedicated or the base is over 5 years old, so it seems that you will not know until you bring it in and see it.
For the time being, if it breaks, I will bring it again.
