百貨店でよくあるエディオンのように、珍しい形態かもしれません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古いデスクトップからノートパソコンへ買い替えました。適切なアドバイスをいただき、旧PCの引き取りも、本来は持ち込みの所を自宅まで回収に来て下さって、本当に助かりました。今後も引き続きこちらのお店を利用 したいと思います。

いつもなら、大型量販店で買うのですが、今回は近くのスーパーで選びました。
店員さんは親切で、気長に説明して下さいました。
ただ、保証がいくつか付いてて分かりにくい。他者だとポイントの半分を使って延長保証をつけてくれます。またホースソケットが保証込みで１万円ほどかかると聞いて驚きました。
ホームセンターで安く買えますし、自分で取り付けられると知っていたので、それは断りましたが、少し残念な気持ちになりました。いつもの家電量販店では、こういう部品をお勧めしてますが、ホームセンターでも扱ってますみたいな説明をしてくれます。
このときの付与ポイントが期間使途限定で、１万円以上の商品購入時にしか使えません。
お得なんだかどうなのか。
それより通常のポイントを付与して欲しかったです。
ポイントを貯める使うも買い物の楽しみです。
もう少しノジマさんを調べてから検討するべきでした。
最後に指定の商品購入時にプレゼントされる保冷バック。
どのエアコンが対象なのか教えて欲しかったです。
私が購入したエアコンの隣に積んであったので、てっきりいただけるものだと思ってました。
長々書きましたが、店員さんはどの方も親切でした。

It was piled up next to the air conditioner I bought, so I thought it would be nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 売り場面積が狭いのか品揃えが悪く、置いてあるカタログも詳細がよく解らず 店員さんに聞いても 店員さんが まるで商品知識も無くて パソコンで検索したモノを読み上げるだけ。カタログに載っているモノでも取り寄せ出来ない商品がある。何より 店員さんが こちらの聞きたいコトを理解してくれず、勝手に割引金額とか取り寄せ日数ばかり言ってくるので…ちょっとした日用品的なモノしか買えないかな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 妻と古くなった冷蔵庫を見に行った時、丁寧に説明してもらい購入を決めました。とても感じの良い店員さんで次に何か買う時はまたこの人と妻と話しています。また、電化製品は同じ時期に買い替えた物は一緒に調子が悪くなるとは本当で、今度は洗濯機を買う予定で、また同じ店員さんにお願いしようと思います。とても好感が持てる店員です。この人でなかったら、この店を使う事はなかったかも知れません。
