あまりの態度の悪さにほぼほぼ決めていた契約を取りやめにしました。
こちらが質問をしても終始無愛想で、むしろ客が来て迷惑だと言っているような態度で対応をされました。
元々他のキャリアの店員は店頭に出ているのに、ソフトバンク担当のみカウンターの奥にいてやる気が無いのは明らかでした。
キャリア側から過度なノルマを課せられてストレスが溜まっているのかもしれないが、
あんな態度で接客を受けたら、ソフトバンクどころか、この店舗自体の印象が最悪になります。対応を考えたほうがいいと思います。
