実際と異なる部分がありますので、私の方でも口コミをさせていただきます。
まず初めに東北電力さんから分電盤の点検をしてもらう指示を受け、こちらのお店にお願いしました。分電盤の劣化から交換する事になり、工事して頂きました。
その際に電器屋さんのミスで100Vに200Vを流してしまい、そのせいでエアコンが1台故障してしまいました。その後、他の電化製品が壊れていないか確認する為、従業員さん総出で確認作業をされていました。
けれども、私はエアコンが壊れたことよりも勝手に色々な部屋に入って点検作業されたことが不快でした。その事について指摘したところ、担当の方、社長さんからもきちんとお詫びいただき、壊れたエアコンも修理して頂きました。
また色々とお願いしたいことがあると思いますし、今後もお付き合いしていきたいと思います。

At that time, a mistake made by an electric appliance store caused 200V to flow from 100V, which caused one air conditioner to break down. After that, all the employees were doing the checking work to check if other electrical appliances were broken.
However, it was more unpleasant for me to go into various rooms and perform inspection work without permission than the air conditioner broke. When I pointed out that, the person in charge and the president also apologized properly and repaired the broken air conditioner.
