★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、テレビを検討しに行きました。仕事の関係上、閉店間際に入店したのにも関わらず、丁寧な接客と親身なご対応をしていただきました。今あるサービスやお得な情報まで教えていただいたので、ノジマさんで購入しようと決めました！その後、閉店時間が過ぎても優しく対応してくださったこと強く印象に残っています。おかげさまで欲しかったモデルのテレビを思った以上のサービスで購入することができました。ノジマにきてよかったと心から思いました。接客してくださった牧本さん、本当にありがとうございました。

電話にて在庫を確認し、電話ではお答えできないとのことで行った。
店員には10〜15分ほどで案内できるとのことだが、40分かかっても案内されず、放置。いつまでかかるか確認したら、また10分から15分かかるとのこと。
結局、その場で在庫確認してもらったら、そもそも在庫がないとのこと。
なので、帰ったが、謝罪もなし。
そもそも、在庫が残りわずかで答えられないというならわかるが、ないものを答えられないと答えられないオペレートはどうにかしてほしい。
店員の対応もずさんだったので、これもどうにかならないものか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its not a huge electronic store but it should have what youre looking for. The first floor is the parking garage, second floor is where the elctronics are sold and the third floor is Sports Deco, an athletic apparel store. I went in for an multi HDMI splitter which they have had a few different kind, priced better than the NEX but, they didnt come with remotes which is what i wanted. They sell new high tech TVs, laptops, household appliances and even a small selection of Nintendo switch and Playstation games. Wouldve gave 5 stars but the few items priced fairly arent enough to disregard the expensive items.
