セ	セブンスター on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前に会員だった者です。退会した理由は怪我が原因だったので、治ったらまたやりたいなと思っていました。結局今も治らないのですが、ずいぶん良くなってきたのでホームページを見てビジター（一日会員）があるのを確認して行きました。すると今はビジターはやってないとの事。練習するには入会するしかないと言われました。（３万前後）まだ怪我の具合も分からないのに入会は出来ないと思い帰ってきました。対応としては冷たすぎると思います。今はやさしい他のジムを探しています。もう二度とお邪魔する事はありません。さようなら会長。大好きでした。 I was a member a few years ago. 園	園田警視正 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トレーナーの皆さんは親切丁寧で適切なアドバイスをしてくれて素晴らしい。ジム内も清潔で明るく気持ちよく運動出来る。問題は受け付け。彼女は接客と言うものを理解していない。話す相手によって態度が違う。俺に対して笑顔を見せたのは入会した時が最初で最後だった。無愛想なら誰に対しても徹底して欲しい。彼女が入会者の半数以上を潰していると思う。あとはレンタルロッカーを増やして欲しい。16ozのグローブとヘッドギアとサポーターを毎回持ち運ぶのは働く人間にとってはつらい。それに加え、このジムでは汗をかいたら着替えないといけない。汗を拭くタオルも必須。普通のカバンでは収まりきらないボリュームになってしまう。この辺りもスタッフの理解が欲しかった。それと火曜日、キッズクラスと女性限定のクラスの間のフリークラス時間が毎回キッズクラスが食い込み、練習時間が50分以下になってしまう。こう言う問題をきちんと見極め、時間割りを定期的に変える必要があると思う。あともうひとつ。キッズクラス後に補強で残ってフリークラスに出る子がいるが、ミット稽古や縄とび、サンドバッグを打ち込んでいるすぐ横でバランスボールに立つ稽古をする事があるが、あれは危険だからやめて欲しい。トレーナーが目を光らせていても何か起こってからでは遅いだろう。 The trainers are wonderful with their kind, polite and appropriate advice. I think it is necessary to identify these problems and change the timetable regularly. One more thing. There is a child who remains in the free class after the kids class and goes to the free class. B	BAW BAW on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入会して4年になります。もともと格闘技は好きではなかったですが、フィットネスで身体を動かすには良いかなと思ったのがきっかけでした。いざ動いてみるととても楽しい！！スタッフさんはみなさんとても丁寧ですし、ジム内はとても清潔で、女性も非常に通いやすいと思います。アットホームで、笑い声が溢れる場所です。もちろん真剣に練習もできます。リフレックに通って、たくさんの人と出会い人生が変わりました。格闘技に対する気持ちも変わり、もっと技術を身につけたいと思うようにもなりました。素直に楽しいと思えるようになったのも、ご丁寧に指導してくださるスタッフさんのお陰です。会長のギャグは寒いですが...笑本当にリフレックに入会して良かったです！イベントも盛り上がるし、みんな仲良しで最高のジムです！オススメです！ It has been four years since I joined. a	aリッキー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々違うジムに通っており、そこからの移籍となり約7年目となります。最初に思ったのは、とても清潔感のあるジムと言う事でした。また、指導方法もレベル、体調、本人の目指す所により変えて頂けるので安心して練習することができます。練習のおかげもあり、腰痛持ちでしたが、だいぶ改善され今ではほとんど気にならないようになりました。きつい練習だけでなく、色々なイベントがあるのでスタッフさんとの繋がりだけではなく、会員さんとの繋がりもでき、楽しみながらトレーニングできるジムだと思います。 I've been going to a different gym from the beginning, and it's been about 7 years since I moved from there.
