★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先週、オーブンレンジを買いに行った時、親切にしていただき、ありがとうございました。
12月に下見をして、今回は商品を決めて行ったのですが、担当していただいたダカルさんに、レンジ周りはスペースをあける事を教えていただき、あまりスペースを取らないレンジに変更する事ができて、本当に助かりました。
商品を決める時も、私が今まで使っていたレンジの型番から、取り扱い方法をタブレットで調べてくださり、比較できて、とてもわかりやすかったです。
お話もしやすかったので、またぜひお願いしたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ノジマでApple製品は買うのをオススメしません。初期不良の際に対応が出来ないため多少面倒臭いことになります。
Apple Storeで購入した方が乗り換えを考えていない場合は安いかつ対応も楽です。
しかし店員は対応の良い方しかいませんでした。
We do not recommend buying Apple products at Nojima. It will be a little annoying because we cannot deal with initial defects.
If you purchased from the Apple Store and are not thinking about switching, it is cheap and easy to handle.
However, the clerk was the only one who responded well.

接客も丁寧で、ひとつひとつ商品の違いをわかりやすく説明してくださいました。もともと買うつもりでは行きましたが、丁寧な対応で気持ち良く決断⭐︎
私はドラム式が欲しかったのですが、お財布の母から反対され買うことができず笑 普通に考えたらドラム式の方が高いからそちらを進めてきてもおかしくないのに、あくまでも商品の特徴を説明するに徹していて、フラットな接客が気持ちよかったです！
配達してくださった方もとても感じが良かったです！
また何か家電を買うときは伺います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ やはり大型家電は家の近所の電気屋さんの方が安心かなと訪れました。
何度か下見に訪れていましたが、いつ来店しても程よい距離感で店員さんが来てくれます。
手持ちのタブレットで必要な情報をサッと提示してくれました。素人のこちらに伝わらない専門用語羅列の口先だけの対応より、一緒にデータを確認しながら更に新しい情報や商品のスペックを伝えてくれる点が信頼できるなと感じました。
成約直前まで家族のことを考えてひと回り小さいタイプの洗濯機にするか迷っていましたが、親身に聞いてくださり、売り上げが下がるにも関わらず、毎日使うものだからと、とても温かく気持ちの良い対応をしてくださいました。
家族も到着後、家電の大きさが丁度良いととても喜んでいました。
一緒にエアコンもお世話になります。
また家電を買う時は、利用させていただきたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日パソコンを購入。ゲームもできるスペックか確認して出来ると聞いて買ったが実際はスペック的に全然出来なかった。こちらももっと知識を持って買うべきであったが、店員に聞いて買ったのに残念。基本的に店員はこちらの味方ではなく会社の利益優先なので自衛が必要。
後日パソコンでのゲームは諦めてPS5購入を検討。店頭にてようやく見つけたが今度は転売屋対策に引っかかって購入不可。こっちはずっと利用してるし、先日パソコンも買ったばかりなのに転売屋判定とは流石に呆れる。確かに対策は必要なことだが、自分の店の客を弾くとはびっくり。決まりごとに則って仕事をしているのは十分わかっているが、そもそも何のためにその規定を作ったのかが無視されたような対応。目的を失ったルール、マニュアルでしか仕事ができないことはサービス業として残念。
家の近くの家電屋さんとしてずっと利用しようと思っていたがもう2度と行かない。

今までは近くにある量販店がヨドバシやビックだったのでノジマさんでの大きな家電の購入は初めてでした。
今回ヨドバシ、ビックとの比較で最終的にノジマさんにした決め手は、もちろん価格の部分も大きかったですが、スタッフの方が親身になって私にとって1番よいものを勧めていただけたところです。
細かいところで言えば改善をお願いしたい点もありましたが(そこが改善されれば文句なしの5点満点だと思います)、納得して購入出来ました。
設置がこれからなので今からの使い勝手などを見て満足いくものであったらまた他の家電を購入したいと思います。
今回はありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always stop by here but I rarely buy anything because they never seem to have what I need. I bought my printer here but they don't sell the toner cartridges for it. The local hardware store has a lot of the same products at better prices.
It's hard to get help from a shop clerk. They seem to run away or pretend to be busy when they see a foreigner coming. It's weird because the cashiers are always so friendly and talkative.
