問題が、製造する工程(ライン)と原材料である、小麦粉にあります。(1袋→20～25㎏入っています)この小麦粉からパンのキジを作り、低温で寝かせます。 キジはイースト菌などの発酵作用でふくれます。 このキジを製造ラインで加工し安くするため機械を使いキジを折ります。 折ると言いましたが、キジを伸ばして、まるで、折り紙のように、間にバターシート、チョコレートシート？、小豆シート？干し葡萄などを入れて何回も折ります。 作業の折る間に小麦粉をキジにまぶします。けっこう、重労働です。 ラインもほとんど立ち仕事です。 まあ、パンは焼きますから、製造工程ラインは暑いです。 ここら辺が、地獄のような暑さですね。

8時半～17時半の定時で帰れるのは、初めの１ヶ月のみ。あとは強制24時まで。毎日７時間の残業。
他の部署は、いくらか残業ついたみたいだけど、
私は残業代をつけてもらえなかった。
タイムカードがなかったから、知識のない新卒に対して、やりたい放題の会社だった。
『残業代がついてないんですけど。』
と課長に言うと、
『２万でいいか？』
と、課長が自分のお財布から出す始末。
しかも140時間残業に対して、２万って……..
ありえない会社。
言っても無駄なのがわかったから、
それからは我慢した。
だけど、こんなにも信用できない会社には居れないと、半年で退職。
いい経験にはなったけど、転職するたびに付きまとう、面接官の、
『フジパン、半年でやめてるんだね？なんで？』
という言葉！
『毎日７時間残業で、残業代をつけてもらえなかったからです。』
と言っても、
『うそだぁ！そんな会社あるわけないよ。』
と、私の言葉を信用してもらえないのが本当に苦しかった！
本当にあった話なのに！
今はもう、改善されたのでしょうか？
