今回はプリンターと食洗機の購入検討で来店だったのですが、たびたびホソカワさんにお声掛け頂き相談させて頂きました。
食洗機は現品だったのですがしっかりと梱包して頂きました。
プリンターはシェック ファティマ セサルドさんでした。詳しく、わかりやすく機能を説明して頂き目的に合った物を購入できました。キャッシュレスの使用方法までおせわになってしまいました。
本当にありがとうございました。
 I bought a refrigerator and a drum-type washing machine in December last year. Mr. Hosokawa responded very politely.
This time, I came to the store to consider purchasing a printer and a dishwasher, but I often consulted with Mr. Hosokawa.
The dishwasher was the actual product, but it was packed tightly.
The printer was Sheck Fatima Cesardo. I was able to purchase the one that suits my purpose by explaining the function in detail and in an easy-to-understand manner. I'm sorry for the cashless usage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a rule, I never go to Nojima. In the past, I would walk around and literally have sales clerks walk away and try to avoid me...S.O.P. for foreingers.
However, I had a good experience on Sunday. I found what I needed with a great clerk and helped me with kindness.
He gets the the 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. We visit Nojima several times to buy electronic appliance, the tall girl with short hair with specs always say we are out of stock. Whereas just infront of our eyes other customer requested for the same product and the sales guy brought the product from the back store.
Not once but it happened three times after which I will never enter that shop.
I know that not all the sales person are not like her but I don’t know why every time I request for assistance she attends our request with un-welcome face.
I apologies for other good sales person who tired their best to please the customer. But due to the sales person like her even we come to store to buy product but end up having bad day.
